How do I report a scam listing?
Use the Report button on any listing. Pick a reason and our moderation team reviews it.
Is Shingapi free?
Yes. Browsing, posting ads and chatting are free. Optional premium plans and promotion packages exist for sellers who want more reach.
How do payments work?
Marketplace products are paid through AzamPay (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money and more). For classified ads, agree with the seller and meet safely.
How do I get the Verified badge?
Shop owners: upload your ID (front and back) plus a photo of your shop from the post-ad flow or dashboard. An admin reviews it, usually within 24 hours.
How do I contact a seller?
Open any listing and tap Contact Seller or Buy Now. A private chat opens between you and the seller.
